Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Delivery

Product orders will be shipped using USPS priority mailing and charged based on the following shipping rates for orders shipped in the United States:

$0 - $33 - $5.00

$34-$64 - $6.00

$65 and up - &7.00

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed during regular business hours Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2 days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on the Monday or the next business day. Once orders are shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will enclose all the order details, tracking id, and the link for tracking your order.

Returns, Exchanges, & Damages

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at thefashionexperiment@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Fashion Experiment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  The responsibility of any damaged delivery is to be solely born by the carrier.  However, if a customer has evidence of a defected product it can be returned. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. You need to save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence, to strengthen your damaged product claim. Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
